If you open an R program and press Ctrl+Enter with no code lines highlighted when working in SAS Life Science Analytics Framework 5.3.x/5.4, the entire R program is submitted for execution. This behavior is different from what you experience in the native R interface. In the native R interface, pressing Ctrl+Enter with no highlighted lines of code submits only the line of code where the cursor resides.

Note that when you highlight lines of code in the R script in SAS Life Sciences Analytics Framework, pressing Ctrl-Enter submits only the highlighted lines of code. 

Beginning with SAS^® Life Science Analytics Framework 5.4.1, pressing Ctrl+Enter with no highlighted lines of code behaves similarly to the native R interface and submits only the line of code where the cursor resides.
